Rx Care Assurance network pharmacy partners participate in a comprehensive quality assurance program designed to continually measure the satisfaction level of their care facility clients. We administer ongoing surveys and report the results directly back to your pharmacist. With Rx Care Assurance, you’ll be able to spend more time serving your residents and less worrying about your pharmacy service knowing a third-party is ensuring that your satisfaction level is continually being monitored and reported back to the pharmacy. If a pharmacy wants to be an ongoing part of the Rx Care Assurance network, they must adhere to high levels of care facility satisfaction.

Systematic processes ensure your long-term satisfaction

During our first meeting we’ll explore all aspects of your facility’s needs including your resident care initiatives and your med pass system preferences. We’ll develop a needs assessment profile of your facility based on this information and then compare your preferences to our team of participating Rx Care Assurance pharmacies in your area. We’ll identify one or more pharmacies that most closely fit the needs of your facility and review the options with you. We’ll schedule and attend meetings with you and the prospective pharmacies and help you select the pharmacy that is the best fit for your facility. Rx Care Assurance will then manage the transition to your new provider all the way through start-up.

After start day, you’ll reap the benefits of our comprehensive quality assurance program. The Rx Care Assurance QA program helps assure ongoing satisfaction with your pharmacy that translates into enhanced levels of care for your residents. As part of the program Rx Care Assurance will:

  • Follow up with your facility immediately after start-up to ensure your medication passes are operating smoothly and reports to your pharmacist
  • Reach out to your facility at 30, 60 and 90 days to measure your initial satisfaction - with the results, again, reported to your pharmacist
  • Send you a link to an online survey every six months to determine your level of satisfaction on 20 key pharmacy performance measurements and provide a detailed report of the results to your pharmacist
  • Visit your facility every six months and conduct a face-to-face meeting with you to hear firsthand how your pharmacist is performing
  • Operate a Quality Assurance Hotline so you can report immediate issues and concerns
